DriveCore Auto Parts LLC may modify or update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated 'Last Updated' date and will apply to orders placed after the changes are posted. The terms in effect on the date of your purchase will apply to your order.

Products and Services

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. If a part we deliver does not match what was described or quoted to you, please contact us and we will make it right under our Refund Policy. Prices and availability of products are subject to change until your order is confirmed. If a deposit is required to hold or reserve a part, the deposit amount and whether it is refundable will be stated in writing before you pay. To keep warranty coverage, engines and transmissions must be installed by an ASE certified mechanic. Returned engines or transmissions must be in their original, uninstalled condition to qualify for a refund or credit, except where the part is defective or incorrect.

Ordering and Payment

When you place an order with our company, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. By submitting your payment information, you authorize DriveCore Auto Parts LLC to charge the designated payment method for the total amount of your order, including taxes and shipping costs, as shown on your quote or invoice. Payments are processed securely by third-party payment processors, and we do not store full card numbers. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have with your card issuer or payment provider under applicable law.

Shipping and Delivery

We aim to ship your order promptly. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or other unforeseen circumstances. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and other factors. Most orders are delivered within 7–14 business days after your order is confirmed, and your estimated delivery window is included with your quote. Freight with liftgate service is free to residential and commercial addresses in the contiguous United States. We will send you shipping and delivery updates by email, phone, or SMS (SMS only if you have opted in).

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please refer to our Refund Policy for instructions on how to return items and request a refund. There is no restocking fee on returns.

Use Tax Responsibility

Purchaser is responsible for any applicable use tax on purchased items.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DriveCore Auto Parts LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, and our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the parts. Some states do not allow certain limitations of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits any rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection law.

All content on the DriveCore Auto Parts LLC website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of DriveCore Auto Parts LLC or our content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Vehicle manufacturer names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify vehicle compatibility. Unauthorized use of any content is prohibited.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and applicable U.S. federal law.

SMS Terms & Conditions
