No. The 2.0L turbo in a B7 A4 is a different engine family from the one in later B8 and B9 cars, and codes also changed within generations. Two 2.0T engines can look alike and still not interchange, which is why we confirm by VIN and engine code.
Inspect the timing chain or belt components for your engine type, replace gaskets and seals that are being disturbed, and check the PCV system, intake and turbo oil lines. Fresh oil and filter of the correct Audi-approved specification are a must.
