No. GM used several different 3.6L V6 engines over the years. The 2008 Enclave engine is port injected, 2009–2017 engines are direct injected, and 2018 and later Enclaves use a newer design, so wiring, fuel systems and computer programming differ. Your VIN tells us the exact one.
Replace the oil and filter with the correct GM-approved oil, check the timing chain and its tensioners for wear, flush the cooling system, inspect the motor mounts and transfer any sensors or accessories that are not included.
