Used Mazda CX-7 Engine
Used OEM engines for the 2007–2012 Mazda CX-7, including the 2.3L turbocharged four-cylinder and the non-turbo 2.5L four-cylinder offered in later models. Because the turbo and non-turbo engines are very different, we match the engine to your VIN, confirm the mileage in writing before you pay, and ship it free by liftgate freight with a 3-year parts warranty.

Frequently asked questions
Every 2007–2009 CX-7 has the 2.3L turbo. From 2010, some trims kept the 2.3L turbo and others use a non-turbo 2.5L. Send us your VIN and we will match the right engine.
It is not a direct swap. The engines use different intake, turbo, fuel and electronic parts, so we recommend replacing your engine with the same type your CX-7 came with.
Ask your mechanic to inspect the turbocharger, oil feed and return lines, intercooler piping and timing chain components, and to start with fresh oil and filter. Find and fix whatever caused the original engine to fail before installing the replacement.
Yes. Every used engine comes with our 3-year parts warranty on major internal components when installed by an ASE certified mechanic. Full terms are on our Terms & Warranty page and on your written quote.
