Not directly. The supercharged and non-supercharged 5.0L V8s use different intake, fuel, cooling and engine control parts, so we recommend replacing your engine with the same type your vehicle came with.
Ask your mechanic to inspect the supercharger, its intercooler and coolant circuit, the main cooling system and the timing components, and to start with fresh oil, filter and coolant. Fix whatever caused the original engine to fail before installing the replacement.
