Safe wire payment: how it works and how we protect you
Wire is our lowest price and our fastest shipping. If wiring money feels unfamiliar, this page shows every step, so you know what to expect before you send anything.
Four steps, nothing hidden
- STEP 1
You approve the quote
We confirm the exact part for your VIN and send the price, the unit details and the mileage in writing. Photos of the actual unit are available on request. You pay nothing until you are happy.
- STEP 2
We email your invoice
Your invoice shows your name, your delivery address, the exact part and both prices: the wire price and the card price. The wire details are on that invoice.
- STEP 3
You send the wire from your bank
Use your bank app or visit a branch. Put your name in the wire memo. Send it before your bank's wire cut-off time for the same-day credit.
- STEP 4
We confirm and ship
When the wire arrives we confirm by text and email. Wire orders ship in about 3 business days with a tracking number.
How you stay protected
Details only on your invoice
Wire details come on the invoice we email you, never from a stranger. If anyone sends different bank details, call us at (520) 200-8854 before you send money.
Check the payee before you send
Wire payments for DriveCore are received by our billing partner. The payee name is on the wire details we send you. Call us at (520) 200-8854 and we confirm it with you before you send.
You know the part first
The exact unit, the miles and photos are confirmed in writing before you pay.
3-year parts warranty
Engines and transmissions are covered against defects in major internal parts. The warranty covers the part, not labor or installation.
30-day returns
No restocking fee. If a part arrives damaged or wrong, tell us within 48 hours and we replace it or refund you, including shipping.
