No. The 2007–2013 MDX uses a 3.7L V6, while the 2014–2020 MDX went back to a 3.5L V6 with direct injection. Mounts, sensors and wiring differ, so we match the engine to your VIN and confirm it in writing before you pay.
The VIN tells us the model year, engine and emissions version. Within the same displacement, Acura changed parts like intake, sensors and engine management between years, so matching by VIN avoids a part that almost fits.
Replace the timing belt, water pump and belt tensioner if the service history is unknown, install new gaskets and seals where the old engine is removed, check the motor mounts, flush the cooling system, and fill with the correct oil and coolant. Fix whatever caused the old engine to fail first.
