Frequently asked questions
No. The 4WD automatic (A340F) has a different rear section that bolts to the transfer case, while the 2WD version (A340E) has a tailshaft for the driveshaft. Your VIN tells us which one your T100 needs.
Yes. The 2.7L 4-cylinder, 3.0L V6 and 3.4L V6 do not all share the same bellhousing and gearing, so a transmission from a T100 with a different engine may not bolt up or shift correctly. We match the unit to your engine and VIN.
Flush the transmission cooler and lines, check the radiator's built-in cooler for coolant contamination, fill with the correct Toyota fluid, inspect the mounts, shift linkage and wiring, and on 4WD trucks check the transfer case fluid and seals at the same time.
