Used Mercedes E-Class Engine
Used OEM engines for the Mercedes-Benz E-Class sedan and wagon. The 2003β2009 E-Class (W211) used V6 and V8 gasoline engines, including the 3.5 V6 (M272) in the E350 and the 5.5 V8 (M273) in the E550. The 2010β2016 E-Class (W212) carried those engines over at first, then switched to the newer 3.5 V6 (M276) in the E350 and the 4.6 twin-turbo V8 (M278) in the E550 from 2012. Engine code, 4MATIC all-wheel drive and model year all change what fits, so we match the engine to your VIN, confirm the mileage in writing before you pay, and ship it free by liftgate freight in 7β14 business days with a 3-year parts warranty.

Frequently asked questions
The model badge (E320, E350, E550) narrows it down, but the same badge used different engines in different years. For example, a 2011 E350 and a 2013 E350 have different V6 engines. Send us your VIN and we match the exact engine code before quoting.
Often the engine assembly differs between 4MATIC and rear-wheel-drive cars in things like the oil pan and mounting, so a used engine should come from a car with the same drivetrain. We check this against your VIN.
Transfer or replace sensors, intake and accessories as needed, replace the thermostat, spark plugs and filters, use the oil grade Mercedes specifies for that engine, and clear and check for fault codes after the first start. Our installation checklist guide covers the general steps.
Yes. Every used engine comes with our 3-year parts warranty on major internal components when installed by an ASE certified mechanic. Full terms are on our Terms & Warranty page and on your written quote.
